About the Role We are looking for a Voice Network Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise voice and collaboration solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise voice and collaboration solutions • Ensure secure, reliable network and communication services • Troubleshoot voice issues and analyze call quality Requirements • 6–8 years of experience in voice network engineering • Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex, and Microsoft Teams Phone • Experience with Cisco Viptela and Juniper Routing & Switching • Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SIP Trunks, SBCs, and Voice Gateways • Strong understanding of Network Operations, TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, Routing, and Firewalls • Experience with Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and Cloud Calling
