About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Part-Time Web Developer to join our team, focusing on building and optimizing websites for lead generation and conversion. Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and optimize websites and landing pages focused on lead generation and conversion optimization • Build and customize WordPress websites, including themes and plugin integrations • Develop and maintain responsive websites using React and other modern web technologies • Improve website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance conversion rates and user engagement • Maintain website security, backups, and regular updates • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and server-related issues efficiently • Manage website hosting, domain configurations, and related technical requirements • Implement tracking tools to monitor website performance and user engagement Requirements • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress • Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks • Experience developing and managing websites and landing pages • Knowledge of website optimization, SEO best practices, and conversion tracking • Familiarity with hosting, domain management, and server configurations • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
