About the Role We are seeking an experienced Windchill Functional SME to join our team for a remote contract role with travel. This position requires deep knowledge of Meritor business processes and CDBS applications to drive requirement engineering, solution design, user adoption, and Train-the-Trainer programs. Key Responsibilities • Drive requirement engineering, solution design, and user adoption • Develop and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for business readiness • Support SIT/UAT validation and go-live readiness • Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments Requirements • Extensive experience in PTC Windchill PLM implementations • Direct hands-on experience with Meritor business processes • Strong familiarity with CDBS application workflows, data structures, and manufacturing/engineering supply chain operations • Proven ability to elicit requirements and create BRDs, FRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams • Expertise in developing role-based learning content and conducting workshop facilitation
