About the Role We are seeking an experienced Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise-scale Cloud PC environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, security, automation, and enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC architecture and landing zones. • Manage Cloud PC provisioning, image lifecycle, validation, and rollback processes. • Implement identity and security controls using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and RBAC. • Monitor service health, user experience, and provisioning reliability using Azure Monitor. • Integrate Cloud PC operations with ITSM, ServiceNow/Jira, and CMDB processes. • Optimize licensing, resource consumption, and Cloud PC costs. • Develop disaster recovery, resilience, and business continuity strategies. • Support enterprise use cases, including developer environments, privileged workstations, and contractor onboarding. Requirements • 5+ years in enterprise endpoint management • 3+ years of experience with Intune and Entra ID • 2+ years of hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC experience • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
