About the Role We are looking for an experienced Wireless Network Test Engineer to lead testing and qualification of carrier-grade networking equipment and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for network devices and features • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor networking lab environments • Validate network performance, scalability, and reliability • Perform traffic generation and analysis using Ixia/Keysight and OTDR tools • Test and troubleshoot L2/L3 protocols, including Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, and QoS • Analyze defects, document test results, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on experience in carrier-grade telecom equipment testing and qualification, including routers and switches • Experience with wireless technologies, particularly mmWave and E-band point-to-point technologies • Strong understanding of RF performance metrics: SNR, BER, and RSL • Hands-on experience with Ixia/Keysight traffic generators and analyzers • Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and multi-vendor network environments Good to Have • PON, OLT, ONT, and ESM testing experience • Python test automation using Pytest or similar frameworks • Linux, shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and OSS/BSS knowledge
