About the Role We are looking for an experienced WMS QA Tester / Lead to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA (Remote). Key Responsibilities • Strong hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and testing of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and ASN processing • Experience in Functional, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression Testing, and UAT support • Strong expertise in validating integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and external warehouse automation systems • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or SOAP UI • Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, documentation, and traceability • Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business and functional requirements • Experience leading defect triage, root-cause analysis, test reporting, and release readiness assessments • Proven ability to mentor QA team members while actively participating in hands-on testing Requirements • 7–10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems • Experience in Functional, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), Regression Testing, and UAT support • Strong expertise in validating integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and external warehouse automation systems • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or SOAP UI • Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, documentation, and traceability • Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business and functional requirements • Experience leading defect triage, root-cause analysis, test reporting, and release readiness assessments • Proven ability to mentor QA team members while actively participating in hands-on testing Good to Have • Test automation experience with Selenium and/or Playwright • SQL and database validation experience • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, middleware, and WMS integrations with warehouse automation systems • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead QA activities while ensuring the quality and reliability of warehouse operations
