About the Role We are looking for a QA Tester with extensive experience in Warehouse Management Systems to join our team. This role requires deep domain expertise in supply chain operations and hands-on testing of enterprise WMS systems. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, SIT, E2E, regression testing, and UAT support for WMS systems • Conduct integration testing across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and warehouse automation systems • Execute API testing using Postman and/or SOAP UI • Develop test plans, strategies, cases, and prepare test data • Perform requirements analysis and defect triage • Conduct root-cause analysis, reporting, and release-readiness tracking • Lead and mentor QA team members while performing hands-on testing Requirements • 7–10+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Supply Chain, Distribution, and WMS domain expertise • Hands-on testing of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations • Strong knowledge of Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and ASNs • Experience in Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression Testing, and UAT support • Integration testing across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and warehouse automation systems • API testing using Postman and/or SOAP UI • Test planning, test strategy, test cases, test data preparation, and requirements analysis • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence • Defect triage, root-cause analysis, reporting, and release-readiness tracking • Ability to lead and mentor QA team members while actively performing hands-on testing Good to Have • Selenium and/or Playwright automation experience • SQL/database validation skills • REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and middleware integrations knowledge • Warehouse automation, robotics, conveyors, sortation, or AS/RS systems experience • Agile/Scrum experience
