About the Role We are looking for a WMS QA Tester to join our team. This role focuses on testing warehouse management systems and ensuring quality across supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression Testing, and UAT • Test WMS integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI, and APIs • Conduct API testing using Postman/SOAP UI • Create test plans, test cases, test data, and defect triage • Generate QA reports and maintain testing documentation • Lead and mentor QA teams while performing hands-on testing Requirements • 10+ years of QA/testing experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, and WMS • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Inventory, Order Management, and ASNs • Experience with test planning, test cases, test data, defect triage, and QA reporting • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence • Ability to lead and mentor QA teams Good to have • Selenium/Playwright experience • SQL knowledge • Warehouse automation experience • Agile/Scrum experience
