About the Role We are urgently seeking an experienced WMS QA Tester with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Key Responsibilities • Design and implement test strategies, test plans, estimates, test scenarios, test cases, and test data • Perform functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end (E2E) testing, regression testing, and UAT support • Validate standalone systems when dependent end-to-end systems are unavailable • Perform hands-on API/web services testing using Postman and/or SOAP UI • Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and release-readiness assessments • Mentor and guide QA team members while remaining hands-on with testing • Publish daily/weekly QA reports covering execution status, defects, risks, blockers, and release readiness • Collaborate with developers, business teams, integration teams, and external vendors • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, regression suites, and reusable test assets Requirements • 10+ years of QA/testing experience with strong Supply Chain, Distribution, and WMS domain knowledge • Hands-on experience testing enterprise WMS solutions and warehouse operations • Strong understanding of Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) • Experience with WMS integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and external warehouse systems • Experience with JIRA and Zephyr Scale for test execution, traceability, and defect management • Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
