About the Role We are looking for an experienced WMS QA Tester with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for a supply chain client. Key Responsibilities • Validate integrations across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and warehouse automation systems • Perform Functional Testing, SIT, E2E Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT • Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data • Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, QA reporting, and release readiness activities • Mentor QA teams while remaining hands-on in testing Requirements • 10+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on expertise in WMS and Supply Chain applications • Strong functional knowledge of Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and ASN • Extensive experience in Functional Testing, SIT, E2E Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT • Experience validating integrations across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and warehouse automation systems • Hands-on API testing experience using Postman / SOAP UI • Strong experience with JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence for test management, defect tracking, and documentation • Ability to develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data • Experience leading defect triage, root-cause analysis, QA reporting, and release readiness activities • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor QA teams while remaining hands-on in testing Good to Have • Selenium / Playwright automation experience • SQL and database validation • Warehouse automation integrations (Conveyors, Robotics, Sortation, AS/RS) • Agile / Scrum experience
