About the Role We are looking for an experienced WMS QA Senior Tester/Lead with deep expertise in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Key Responsibilities • Test warehouse operations including Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and ASNs • Validate integrations across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI, and APIs • Perform Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression Testing, and provide UAT support • Lead and mentor QA team members while remaining hands-on • Design test cases, conduct defect triage, and report findings Requirements • 10+ years of QA and testing experience with strong WMS domain knowledge • Hands-on experience testing warehouse operations • Strong experience in Functional, SIT, E2E, Regression Testing, and UAT support • Experience validating integrations across WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI, and APIs • API testing using Postman and/or SOAP UI • Expertise in JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence • Strong test planning, test case design, defect triage, and reporting skills • Ability to lead and mentor QA team members Benefits • Opportunity to work in a remote setting with EST working hours
