About the Role We are looking for a WorkBrain Techno-Functional Lead to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise and functional leadership skills in Workforce Management. Key Responsibilities • Lead WorkBrain / Infor WFM projects • Manage Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance & Workforce Management • Perform large-scale data analysis using SQL • Ensure compliance with Labor Laws, Union Rules & Workforce Compliance • Lead Agile projects in enterprise environments • Provide techno-functional expertise in WFM configuration, integrations, troubleshooting & enhancements • Manage stakeholders, conduct business analysis & communicate effectively Requirements • 5+ years of WorkBrain / Infor WFM experience • 5+ years in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance & Workforce Management • 4+ years of SQL and large-scale data analysis • 4+ years of Labor Laws, Union Rules & Workforce Compliance • 3+ years leading Agile projects in enterprise environments • Strong techno-functional expertise in WFM configuration, integrations, troubleshooting & enhancements • Excellent stakeholder management, business analysis & communication skills Bonus Points • WorkBrain implementations and upgrades • Kronos / UKG and HRIS integrations • Vendor management and technical leadership
