About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong technical expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Studio Integrations, and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Workday HCM solutions
• Develop and maintain Workday Payroll systems
• Build Studio integrations from scratch
• Create Workday BIRT and Advanced, Custom, Matrix & Trending Reports
• Configure Business Process (BP) and follow Workday best practices
• Perform integration testing, deployment, and production support
• Participate in Agile development and sprint delivery
Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience with Workday
• Strong technical expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integrations
• Proficiency in XML and XSLT
• Knowledge of Business Process configuration and Workday best practices
• Experience with integration testing, deployment, and production support
• Familiarity with Agile development and sprint delivery
