About the Role We are seeking a Workday HCM Project Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role requires hands-on Workday HCM functional experience and will be responsible for managing various aspects of Workday HCM projects. Key Responsibilities • Provide strong hands-on Workday HCM functional experience • Handle Workday configuration and production support • Manage post-Go-Live stabilization • Troubleshoot Time & Attendance issues • Work with Punch rules, time codes, scheduling, and call-in workflows • Manage HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting functions • Conduct ADP-to-Workday transition and gap analysis • Configure security and improve business processes • Coordinate with vendors and manage stakeholders Requirements • Manufacturing or related industry experience preferred • Experience with hourly workforce or union environment • Knowledge of EIB and Workday integrations • Experience with Workday Learning and Talent Ideal Profiles: Senior Workday HCM Functional Consultant, Workday HCM Lead, Functional Architect, Project Manager, or Post-Go-Live Support Lead.
