About the Role We are seeking a Workday HCM Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing Workday HCM configuration, production support, and post-go-live stabilization. Key Responsibilities • Manage Workday HCM Configuration & Production Support • Handle Post-Go-Live Stabilization • Implement Time Tracking & Attendance systems • Oversee HCM, Payroll & Recruiting processes • Conduct Gap Analysis & Functional Architecture • Manage Vendor & Stakeholder relationships Requirements • Experience with Workday HCM Configuration & Production Support • Knowledge of Post-Go-Live Stabilization processes • Familiarity with Time Tracking & Attendance systems • Understanding of HCM, Payroll & Recruiting • Experience with Gap Analysis & Functional Architecture • Strong Vendor & Stakeholder Management skills • Preferred experience with Manufacturing, hourly workforce, ADP, EIBs and integrations
