About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm that drives growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the backlog, translating business needs into clear, valuable user stories.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate closely with the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing the backlog.
- →Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- →Write clear and detailed user stories, applying INVEST principles and defining acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
- →Facilitate and actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, dailys, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives).
- →Apply Design Thinking to understand user needs and co-create customer-centric solutions.
- →Act as a bridge between business, UX/UI, and technical teams, ensuring a common understanding of requirements.
- →Support the Product Owner with strategic analysis and informed decision-making based on business value.
Requirements
- ✓Requirement gathering and analysis of business and functional requirements.
- ✓Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
- ✓Agile methodologies: Scrum and/or Kanban.
- ✓Concepts of Design Thinking and user-centered design.
- ✓Backlog prioritization oriented to business value.
- ✓Understanding of digital products and business flows (ideally in banking or payment contexts).
- ✓Tools for backlog and agile work management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
