About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm that drives growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. This role focuses on designing and optimizing omnichannel experiences that reduce friction and operational costs, increase self-service adoption, and enhance user trust, ensuring measurable impact on business and experience in a regulated context.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design journeys omnicanal and service blueprints end-to-end considering frontstage and backstage.
- →Operate a model of Continuous Discovery and Dual-Track alongside Product and Technology.
- →Create and validate high-fidelity prototypes through rapid tests and experiments.
- →Design accessible and inclusive solutions under WCAG 2.2 standards.
- →Collaborate in the evolution and consistent use of the Design System (tokens, variables, and handoff).
- →Translate business and experience metrics (NPS, CES, conversion) into design hypotheses.
- →Facilitate workshops of co-creation, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓Service design and omnichannel experiences in physical and digital environments.
- ✓Continuous Discovery, experimentation, and validation with real users.
- ✓UX for regulated contexts (trust, consent, traceability, compliance).
- ✓Modern Design Systems (Figma Variables, semantic tokens, advanced handoff).
- ✓Data-driven design and metrics of experience and business.
- ✓Applied use of AI for research, ideation, and experience optimization.
- ✓Advanced mastery of Figma, testing tools, and analytics.
