About the Role
We are looking for a UI Designer to join our team at 2Brains, a technology consulting firm driving growth and evolution for leading organizations in Latin America. The UI Designer will be responsible for creating attractive, intuitive, and functional digital interfaces for applications, websites, and other digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design user interfaces ensuring high visual quality, usability, and consistency across all digital products.
- →Create, maintain, and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, organization, and proper application.
- →Identify reusable patterns and opportunities for standardization of components and styles.
- →Document design decisions, defining rationales, usage rules, and best practices for the system.
- →Evaluate existing interfaces and propose continuous improvements aligned with visual and experience guidelines.
- →Conduct design support research, such as benchmarks, comparative analyses, and reference gathering.
- →Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure correct implementation of the design system.
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience as a UI Designer, with a focus on interface design and design systems.
- ✓High proficiency in usability principles, visual consistency, and execution quality.
- ✓Systemic thinking, oriented toward creating scalable and reusable solutions.
- ✓Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly and structurally.
- ✓Critical thinking to analyze existing designs and propose improvements without affecting system coherence.
- ✓Experience in basic design research (benchmarks, comparative analyses, best practices).
- ✓Attention to detail and orientation toward continuous improvement.
