About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at AbbVie. This role focuses on executing daily account activities for assigned brands and ensuring client satisfaction through quality work and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables from initiation to completion
- →Accurately assess situations and proactively make recommendations consistent with clients' marketing objectives
- →Ensure all deliverables are ready for review prior to formal submission in Veeva
- →Manage the weekly review Medical/Legal/Regulatory meeting agenda and support client and senior account leads
- →Serve as day-to-day point of contact for the client on tactical development
- →Mentor account coordinators and work with senior account lead to foster their development
- →Create, review and maintain job estimates and manage brand budgets
- →Support the internal agency team and client in preparation for major meetings or programs
- →Partner with your manager to strategize on ways to improve effectiveness
- →Comply with applicable Corporate Policies, Procedures and Mandatory Training
