About the Role

The FP&A Manager role at Allergan Aesthetics plays a crucial part in supporting business decisions related to our aesthetic portfolio. This includes leading each planning cycle (Planning, LBE, LRP) for the entire portfolio. The position involves managing Division Margin and marketing and sales investments (SG&A) for Allergan Aesthetics and preparing and reporting the period P&L and its updates.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the Annual Planning, Periodic Forecast, and Long-Term Planning processes for the AA portfolio, ensuring delivered results are reasonably predictive of future outcomes;
→Conduct the entire budget planning process, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries for all planning cycles (LBE, Budget, LRP); evaluate investments to maximize ROI; constantly review and monitor expense control and provide solutions to close SG&A gaps;
→Act independently to prepare and communicate AA's financial and operational performance trends, assist the commercial area in identifying growth opportunities, and suggest key actions to mitigate risks;
→Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and the optimization of decision-making processes;
→Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute continuous improvements in processes, enabling routine analysis of financial and operational performance in support areas, leveraging business intelligence resources and tools;
→Work directly with the commercial team in the monthly closing process and financial reporting to ensure complete, accurate, and timely monthly results, including variance analysis, and provide monthly feedback to the regional team.
