About the Role
The National Training Manager (NTM) supports the Interventional Glaucoma Buy & Bill team organization in the design and delivery of training solutions for a field sales organization. This role ensures Training & Development and Brand Strategy are effectively represented in all training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increase effectiveness and credibility of participants
- →Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction
- →Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content to limit duplicative efforts
- →Provides coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers (NFT) and/or National Training Managers (NTM)
- →Recognizes skill levels of training participants and adjusts coaching techniques accordingly
- →Develops Guest Trainers and Rotational Trainers through meaningful roles and one-to-one coaching
- →Integrates training activities into brand team business plans
- →Leads cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- →Assists with on-boarding, development, and mentorship of other trainers
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience in training design and delivery

- ✓Expertise in product and disease-state knowledge
