Key Responsibilities

→Manage projects and lead manufacturing in the context of external production (Third Party Manufacturing) for clinical trial batches, adhering to pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations.
→Review manufacturing-relevant documents and evaluate deviations and change processes with external manufacturers.
→Create and review functional documents and work instructions.
→Support and oversee external manufacturing on-site (TPM Oversight), with approximately 10% travel domestically and internationally.
→Serve as a strategic partner and key contact for project and process transfers between AbbVie and external manufacturers.
→As part of the CMC team, participate in planning and organizing international and global project meetings with cross-functional teams, responsible for tracking timely completion of project activities and managing timelines and objectives.
→Initiate, support, and track GMP audits and contracts (CDAs, Quality Agreements, Service Agreements) to ensure timely engagement of external manufacturing.
→Initiate and track quotes and contract awarding in the context of external manufacturing.
→Develop a concept for evaluating, monitoring, and tracking new manufacturers, defining selection criteria, and involving cross-functional teams.
