About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to lead daily account activities for assigned brands. This role involves driving tactical execution of strategic plans, managing key client interactions, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development and execution of client deliverables in partnership with internal teams
- →Translate brand strategies into actionable account activities and recommend solutions aligned with client objectives
- →Serve as principal day-to-day point of contact for tactical initiatives
- →Oversee quality control and readiness of all deliverables prior to client submission
- →Manage the promotional review process, including agenda preparation and facilitation of meetings
- →Mentor and guide Account Executives and Account Coordinators
- →Monitor and report on job estimates and brand budgets
- →Anticipate and address client needs or issues
- →Support internal agency team and client in preparation for major meetings and initiatives
- →Uphold agency standards by fostering collaboration and strong team dynamics
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management or client services
- ✓Strong understanding of strategic planning and tactical execution
- ✓Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- ✓Knowledge of Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review standards
- ✓Experience with Veeva or similar CRM systems
- ✓Leadership and mentorship capabilities
