Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the technical resource for the Commercial segment of the Sales team
- →Respond to RFPs and questionnaires to explain Abridge’s posture and accelerate the sales process
- →Identify and present ideal solution designs for customers by understanding their needs and incorporating Abridge’s recommendations
- →Leverage technical expertise to build relationships with customer technical executives and stakeholders
- →Act as a pre-sales capacity expert on integration and as a technical SME in pilot-design
- →Deliver product and technical demonstrations of Abridge’s technology
- →Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve Abridge’s technology
- →Support the implementation and partner success processes as needed
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience as a sales engineer, solutions consultant, or similar role in a Healthcare SaaS and technology sales environment
- ✓Solid technical background with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience with multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- ✓Ability to creatively explain and compellingly present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Eagerness to answer questions and solve challenges
- ✓Ability to travel within the assigned territory occasionally to support sales objectives
