About the Role
The Principal Engagement Manager oversees the on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solution scopes to meet customer results. This role requires following ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology, collaborating with customer and partner teams, and ensuring governance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the delivery team throughout engagements, often in collaboration with services partners
- →Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials
- →Work with Sales Account Teams, partners, and customers to understand challenges and value being delivered
- →Apply expertise from NowCreate methodology to promote engagement delivery and long-term customer success
- →Mentor Customer Outcomes or Partner team members to achieve engagement deliverables
- →Identify gaps between actuals and plans, proposing solutions and driving resolutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow platform and NowCreate methodology
- ✓Strong project management skills with focus on governance and risk mitigation
- ✓Ability to lead complex programs with multiple workstreams
- ✓Experience working with partners and customer teams
- ✓Expertise in financial management and reporting
