About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Manager to drive growth and sustainable business development in the German healthcare market. This role focuses on strategic sales planning and execution of security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve growth targets in New Sales and sustainable business development in the German healthcare market
- →Develop a strategic sales plan for Germany with a focus on high-margin healthcare business
- →Implement our holistic sales strategy in close collaboration with internal departments
- →Proactively acquire new customers and build a strong sales pipeline in the healthcare segment
- →Plan and sell complex security solutions including risk analysis and concept development
- →Support the development of existing customers through active portfolio management (cross-selling, upselling, price negotiations)
- →Create and calculate individual offers in collaboration with internal specialists
- →Conduct sales meetings and presentations at decision-making level
- →Active networking in the healthcare market and participation in relevant industry events
- →Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- →Regular reporting on market trends, competitive analysis, and sales performance
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in healthcare sales or related field
- ✓Strong understanding of the German healthcare market
- ✓Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- ✓Experience with complex security solutions is preferred
- ✓Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
