About the Role

We are looking for a Project Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join Accenture Federal Services. This role involves steering project management initiatives and championing Agile/Scrum methodologies within the development team.

Key Responsibilities

→Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
→Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
→Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
→Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
→Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders
→Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
→Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, practices, and values
→Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress

Requirements

✓Familiarity with Agile frameworks and proficiency in project management software
✓Experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
✓Track record of successful delivery
✓Ability to facilitate discussions, drive decision-making, and navigate conflict resolution
✓Active Top Secret (TS/SCI/CI) clearance
