About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support business decision-making and strategic planning through financial modeling and analysis. This role will partner with Finance Business Partners and business leaders to transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build complex financial models & scenarios: Develop and maintain scalable models including integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, long-range plans, sensitivity and scenario analyses, and investment/project business cases.
- →Deliver investor/leadership-grade analysis & storytelling: Prepare monthly/quarterly performance packs and ad-hoc deep dives for leadership, translating results into clear narratives with key drivers and recommended actions.
- →Support planning cycles: Partner with Finance Business Partners to run budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning processes, challenging assumptions and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- →Advanced data analysis & automation: Work with BI/data teams to improve data quality, KPI definitions, and dashboard logic, automating recurring reporting and model inputs using tools like Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- →Evaluate strategic initiatives: Build and assess business cases for pricing changes, commercial initiatives, cost optimization, headcount planning, and capex, applying financial techniques such as ROI, NPV/IRR, payback, and break-even analysis.
Requirements
- ✓Highly analytical with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
- ✓Experience with integrated forecasting and scenario analysis.
- ✓Strong communication skills to present findings in an executive-ready format.
- ✓Proficiency with large datasets and tools like Power Query, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- ✓Ability to challenge assumptions and improve the quality of management information.
