About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor to join the team behind Alex and Leila Hormozi. This role focuses on creating high-impact, retention-driven videos for YouTube and other social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Edit and deliver polished, high-retention long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms on a weekly basis
- →Execute against pre-production outlines and creative notes from the Lead Editor
- →Optimize pacing, structure, and clarity with platform-aware editorial decisions
- →Apply proven retention tactics and narrative structure across multiple platforms
- →Collaborate with short-form editors to repurpose content into platform-native clips
- →Assist with basic production needs and provide thoughtful revision feedback
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional video editing experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects preferred
- ✓Basic motion graphics ability or ability to quickly learn brand-aligned graphics
- ✓Portfolio website showcasing editing work
- ✓Strong organization and communication skills
- ✓Ability to balance speed, quality, and brand consistency
