About the Role
This position will be part of a growing unit within an established digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing clients' affiliate and influencer programs, developing publishers, and ensuring the affiliate/influencer channel works cross-functionally within the larger marketing program. As a senior leader, you will drive influencer growth, participate in new business pitches, and support the vision for the influencer program.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and mentor a team of junior affiliate and influencer specialists
- →Develop publishers to ensure clients work with best-in-class affiliate and influencer partners
- →Serve as an expert in affiliate and influencer marketing within business development and pitch scenarios
- →Work closely with influencers, content, and top-of-funnel affiliate publishers
- →Conduct weekly reporting and client calls to communicate performance metrics and strategy
- →Analyze and report on existing programs
- →Collaborate with other digital strategy teams to integrate affiliate best practices
- →Project yearly, quarterly, and monthly affiliate budgets
- →Work with integrated media teams to determine budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative analyses
- →Execute quarterly business reviews and client-facing presentations
- →Manage and grow relationships with affiliate and agency clients
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of direct affiliate and/or influencer experience
- ✓History of direct responsibility and lead for midsize to large clients
- ✓Strong digital agency experience with multiple revenue-driving channels
- ✓Proven strategy of digital marketing platforms that coincide with affiliate
- ✓Successful management of large budgets
- ✓Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to work autonomously
- ✓G-Suite proficiency, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Self-motivated, analytical, and able to multitask with multiple clients
- ✓Eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team
