About the Role
Addepar is seeking an Alternatives Data Operations Specialist to join their team in Pune. This role is part of the Alternatives Product offering, responsible for human-in-loop review of Private Funds documents to ensure clients' Alternatives data is processed and validated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Alternatives Data processing for Addepar clients
- →Troubleshoot Private Fund statements processing exceptions
- →Modify document data incorrectly extracted by machine learning models
- →Partner with Machine Learning Operations team for model retraining
- →Engage clients, GPs, or Fund Admins to address statement data inquiries
- →Onboard new clients to establish ownership structure
- →Help maintain Alternatives Data Operations workflow procedures
- →Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects
- →Work with Product and Engineering to implement new processes
Requirements
- ✓2-10+ years of experience in a similar role
- ✓Work experience in financial investment/advisory industry
- ✓Strong knowledge of capital markets, middle/back-office operations systems
- ✓Experience with Alternatives (Private/Draw-down) Funds data
- ✓Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ✓Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce
- ✓Willing to work flexible hours
- ✓Must work from Pune office 3 days a week (hybrid model)
