About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market SDR to join Addi, a leading financial platform in Colombia. This role focuses on driving the expansion of Addi’s Mid-Market merchant portfolio through aggressive outbound prospecting and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consistently schedule and qualify 60+ effective MBs meetings per month
- →Generate a healthy outbound pipeline supporting USD 700K–1M in GMV signed per month
- →Maintain 100% accuracy and real-time updates in Salesforce
- →Collaborate with Hunters and MBs Pods to hit GMV targets
- →Achieve an effective meeting rate of 80%+
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in SDR or BDR roles in B2B environments
- ✓Strong track record in 100% outbound motions
- ✓Practical mastery of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- ✓Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Demonstrated owner’s mindset and resilience
