You know how to turn strategy into execution, work closely with engineering and business teams, and take ownership of products from idea to delivery. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are confident setting priorities, and care deeply about building products that deliver real business and user impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Partner with leadership to translate strategy and revenue goals into quarterly OKRs and an outcome-based roadmap for your product portfolio. • Define and own the KPI stack for your product area (North Star, input, or other metrics); align definitions with leadership. • Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards and scorecards; run a cadence of weekly metrics updates and monthly business reviews. • Scope and prioritise initiatives based on business value, user impact, and delivery feasibility; build business cases, ROI models, and forecasts. • Align squad PMs and Engineering on measurable outcomes; turn metrics into clear requirements and acceptance criteria. • Own the product vision and roadmap, making decisions that drive measurable business results • Work closely with paid marketing, content, affiliate, SEO, and YouTube teams to ensure strong alignment and execution • Adapt priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment WHAT WE EXPECT • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working closely with project managers/development squads • Strong product instincts and the ability to balance user needs with business goals • Comfortable working with OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps; can tie day-to-day work to business goals. • Able to define and track a small metrics stack (North Star + driver metrics); build simple dashboards and report results clearly. • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure success • Ability to prioritise effectively and clearly communicate trade-offs and impact • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional discussions • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change • Fluency in English, both written and spoken WHAT YOU GET • Health & Well-being – Private health insurance with mental health coverage (including psychotherapy sessions), in-house physiotherapy, and access to premium wellness apps and fitness resources • Time to Recharge – Paid sick days and extra vacation days that grow the longer you’re with us • Continuous Growth – Deep focus on individual progress, backed by the 70/20/10 development model and a variety of L&D initiatives that help boost performance all year round.
