About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our growing digital publishing house, Mediatech. You will focus on creating conversion-driven web experiences and optimizing user flows for our network of publications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and optimize web experiences, landing pages, and user flows with a focus on conversion and performance
- →Own the end-to-end design process for web-focused projects, from concept to final handoff
- →Collaborate with CRO specialists to ideate, test, and refine UX/UI solutions
- →Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate design decisions
- →Use analytics and research to inform design choices
- →Present design options and explain trade-offs
- →Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure production-ready outcomes
- →Contribute to improving design processes and design system usage
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing web and landing page work
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
- ✓Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- ✓Experience working with data, analytics, and A/B testing
- ✓Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver development-ready designs
- ✓Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
