About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join Adyen, a leading financial technology platform. This role will focus on launching multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage merchants in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute demand generation strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline goals
- →Translate business priorities into clear campaign strategies across the full marketing funnel
- →Develop deep understanding of target audiences and priority accounts to inform messaging
- →Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to shape compelling narratives
- →Contribute to the evolution of Adyen’s account-based marketing approach
- →Work closely with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, and Account Management teams
- →Own campaign measurement and optimization using data insights
- →Share learnings and best practices to improve demand generation performance
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years managing integrated campaigns for enterprise audiences
- ✓Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to develop campaign briefs and assets
- ✓Track record of launching campaigns on time and meeting pipeline goals
- ✓Broad experience executing campaigns across various channels including ads, email, web, social, and events
- ✓Knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- ✓Ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- ✓Self-starter who excels at prioritizing, building relationships, and engaging stakeholders
- ✓Other details:
- ✓This role is based in our San Francisco or New York office
- ✓Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+
- ✓Annual base salary range: $145,000 - $195,000
