About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at AE. This role focuses on shaping strategic digital projects for our clients, working at the intersection of business and IT to create real impact by transforming insights into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect, analyze, and validate business requirements within complex organizations.
- →Map business processes clearly and identify opportunities and bottlenecks.

- →Translate analysis into clear models, documentation, and recommendations.
Requirements
- ✓Hold a university degree and have initial experience in business analysis, BPM, business architecture, or similar.
- ✓Have affinity with digitalization, AI, and how technology can create business value.
- ✓Understand IT architecture, software delivery, and enterprise environments.
- ✓Be strongly analytical, structured, and capable of prioritizing.
- ✓Have experience with business modeling languages and model-oriented working.
- ✓Be fluent in communication with diverse stakeholders.
- ✓Master Dutch both orally and in writing.
