About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Governance professional with expertise in AI-driven metadata management to join our team at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm. This role involves designing and optimizing AI prompts, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and Optimize AI Prompts: Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- βData Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- βCollaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into banking operations.
- βContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of AI models and data analysis processes.
- βDocumentation and Training: Document processes, methodologies, and findings, and provide training to team members on best practices in prompt engineering and data analysis.
Requirements
- β7+ years in metadata management, data governance, or risk data aggregation in banking or financial services.
- βExperience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Governance Lead within a Chief Data Office or equivalent function.
- βProficiency in project management tools β Clarity, ADO, Confluence, MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, excel), MS-Project, MS-Planner, MS-whiteboard, etc.
- βExcellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).
- βProficiency in doing financial forecasting & budgeting.
- βKnowledge of Bankβs policies and procedures and key risk areas/risk types such as data quality is a must.
