About the Role
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager Support Professional to assist in delivering major rail and transit capital programs in the Bay Area, including support for projects with Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist Project Managers in coordinating tasks and project activities within large capital programs.
- →Support tracking of project scope, schedule, and budget by collecting updates and preparing summaries.
- →Assist with organizing project processes and maintaining execution plans developed by senior PMs.
- →Prepare meeting materials, take notes, track action items, and help coordinate internal and external communications.
- →Maintain productive working relationships with BART staff and partner agencies as directed by senior PMs.
- →Support review of project deliverables for completeness and formatting, raising issues to PMs as needed.
- →Help monitor consultant and contractor submittals, logs, and progress reports.
- →Assist with task assignments, workflow tracking, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- →Support proposal coordination activities, including gathering inputs and assembling proposal documents.
- →Prepare project documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and status summaries.
- →Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and technical teams to gather information and support coordinated project delivery.
- →Provide occasional support or guidance to junior staff on administrative or coordination tasks.
