About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced GTM Recruiter to help build a world-class team as AeroVect scales to some of the world’s largest airports.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market
- →Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives
- →Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- →Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- →Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing
- ✓A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles
- ✓Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- ✓Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups
- ✓Bonus: Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
