About the Role

You will be the first Customer Success on-site for Agicap's US Market. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction and experience throughout the entire onboarding phase of new subscribers, from initial setup to their full activation and autonomy on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Guide and train new clients
→Manage, develop, and nurture a portfolio of clients by understanding their industry, challenges, and needs
→Cultivate personal relationships with users and decision-makers
→Implement retention strategies to maximize client retention
→Ensure the best possible client experience
→Contribute to product development by providing client feedback and beta-testing prototypes
→Act as a key driver of growth through upselling and referrals
→Maintain high satisfaction indicators (NPS/CSAT)
→Share expertise and ideas to enhance team performance

Requirements

✓Degree from a top business school with ideally a specialization in finance, audit, or accounting
✓0 to 3 years of experience, ideally in client relations
✓Enjoy helping clients and ideally have initial experience in B2B client relations
✓Preferably have experience in B2B SaaS and startups
✓Curious and learn quickly with excellent oral and written communication skills
✓Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within tight deadlines
✓Team spirit and a desire to share knowledge
✓Ambitious and drawn to the startup mentality
