About the Role
Agile Defense is seeking an Operations Lead to support Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. This role serves as the contractor’s on-site authority for all daily contract operations and oversees functional areas, staffing, and training readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage contract staffing, training, and performance to meet all deliverables
- →Coordinate with the KO and COR on decisions affecting contract management
- →Establish priorities, track performance metrics, and support training on emerging technologies
- →Oversee administrative, reporting, and compliance functions
- →Ensure full execution of the PWS, including delegation of responsibilities
- →Provide daily technical and professional leadership within assigned areas
- →Lead large, complex projects and analyze diverse issues to develop effective solutions
- →Manage programs involving strategy development, policy implementation, and resource administration
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS with 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years of experience
- ✓Certifications: PMP, PBA, and Security+
- ✓Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS
- ✓Experience working with the U.S. Army
