About the Role

We are looking for a Programs and Business Operations Lead to join Airbnb's Chief Business Officer organization. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of Airbnb's Services business worldwide, focusing on commercializing new and existing businesses and expanding beyond the core offering as a place to stay.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth for Airbnb's Services business across various regions and experience categories
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, marketing, sales operations, and supply, to achieve shared objectives
→Lead cross-border projects to accelerate the growth of our Host recommendations and Affiliate programs
→Leverage analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans
→Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
→Own and influence the business outcomes of this high-growth area
→Think creatively to come up with novel ways of structuring incentives, business models, and ways of working

Requirements

✓10+ years of experience leading high-growth businesses
✓Strong analytical abilities combined with a deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics
✓Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
✓Expertise in driving collaboration across diverse teams
✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs
✓Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization
✓Capable of self-learning and developing tools to enhance processes
✓Strong enthusiasm for working closely with the Airbnb community
