About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Operations for the Latin America and Caribbean Region to oversee and drive operational excellence across Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, and Sales Operations. This key leadership role will ensure on-time shipping and delivery while serving as a member of the LATAM & CAC leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve expansion in the LATAM & CAC market
- →Serve as a key member of the LATAM & CAC leadership team, translating commercial ambitions into operational strategies
- →Develop and execute operational and continuous improvement strategies aligned with company goals
- →Coordinate suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain efficiency
- →Ensure compliance with regional fiscal, trade, and import/export regulations
- →Optimize Customer Service and Account Operations to deliver exceptional experiences
- →Partner with IT and Data teams to identify technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- →Oversee Sales Operations activities and execute on order pick-up forecasting, planning, and analysis
- →Champion operational excellence through data and performance visibility
- →Represent LATAM & CAC in global and regional forums
- →Build future capabilities and leadership depth
Requirements
- ✓9+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a multinational organization
- ✓5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
- ✓Strong understanding of DTC and B2B customer service principles in the Latin America and Caribbean region
- ✓Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- ✓Experience working with a distributor network and 3PL/4PL partners
- ✓Strong knowledge of fiscal and regulatory environments across LATAM
- ✓Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- ✓Proven experience shaping high-level strategies and working through cross-functional teams
- ✓Fluent in English and Spanish
- ✓Able to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
