About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support Recruiting initiatives at Airbnb. This role will act as a liaison between various teams and drive outcomes focused on candidate experience and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end delivery of recruiting projects and process improvements
- →Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear timelines and success metrics
- →Identify risks and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers
- →Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement improvements
- →Document and standardize processes for global scale
- →Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams
- →Create clear communications and documentation to drive adoption
- →Facilitate working sessions and retrospectives for continuous improvement
- →Define success metrics for recruiting programs
- →Track progress and share insights with leadership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of project/program management experience (Recruiting Team preferred)
- ✓9+ years of total work experience
- ✓Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- ✓Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices
- ✓Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail
- ✓Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion
- ✓Background in Recruiting or Human Resources is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
