About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join Aircall, an AI-powered customer communications platform. This role will play an integral part in scaling the global financial management of the company, enhancing business performance through financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the planning and forecast process with business partners
→Build dashboards, reports, and models to provide insightful commentary on business performance
→Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics
→Partner with the Accounting team on monthly close process and financial reporting
→Prepare material for board of directors and investor relations activities
→Support the executive team on key strategic topics
→Participate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analyses and process improvement

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
✓2+ years of finance experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or a hyper-growth environment
✓Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
✓Strong analytical ability
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Ability to mix strategic perspectives with operational pragmatism
✓Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
✓Prior experience with CRMs, ERPs, and enterprise BI a plus
