We are seeking a talented Strategic Account Executive to join our Paris office.
This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people. You will focus on FIME market : France Italy, Middle-East.
Key responsibilities :
β’ Use outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and find new business
β’ Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing
β’ Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
β’ Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders
β’ Work side by side with Business Development Representatives and Partner Account Managers to identify business opportunities and accelerate your existing pipeline
β’ Consistently prospect to maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistent quota attainment
β’ Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
Qualifications:
β’ A proven experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS is mandatory
β’ Fluent in French and English, being able to exchange in Italian or Hebrew is a plus.
β’ Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft
β’ A knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC is a plus
β’ Ability to navigate complex decisions making at prospects, and ability to connect and speak with C-levels
β’ A proactive, driven seller able to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment
β’ Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline
β’ Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
β’ Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better!
