About the Role
Airwallex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our key corporate functions globally. This role will partner with senior business leaders to shape talent strategy and build world-class teams across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with executives to define hiring needs and align on priorities
- →Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for exceptional corporate talent
- →Lead the full hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- →Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency
- →Ensure interviewer calibration and promote best practices to strengthen employer brand
- →Manage recruitment across multiple European markets, adapting strategies to regional nuances
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years in-house
- ✓Deep expertise in go-to-market and corporate hiring
- ✓Successful track record hiring across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
- ✓Skilled at partnering with and influencing senior business leaders
- ✓Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments with attention to detail
- ✓Bachelor's degree preferred
- ✓Professional experience in technology or Fintech industry preferred
- ✓Experience hiring in multiple EMEA countries preferred
- ✓Experience with the Israeli market a plus
