About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our new global recruitment team at Ajax Systems. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for advanced global positions, from requirement gathering to offer presentation and pre-onboarding initiation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct full-cycle global recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
- →Manage and advise key stakeholders in collaboration with the Lead
- →Participate in brainstorming sessions to find unconventional recruitment approaches
- →Support colleagues and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- →Prepare recruitment reports
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
- ✓Proven global recruitment experience across multiple regions and time zones
- ✓Flexible and results-oriented approach with strong business acumen
- ✓Strong English skills at B2-C1+ level in speaking and writing
