Key Responsibilities
- →Manage monthly payroll by consolidating inputs from multiple sources and coordinating with external providers
- →Resolve employee queries through ticketing systems and act as subject matter expert for payroll and labor rights
- →Prepare consolidated financial reports for Accounting and FP&A with 100% accuracy
- →Review and update labor documentation including localized contract clauses
- →Manage social security and tax payments while maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- →Handle country-specific operational nuances including statutory reporting and contract adaptations
- →Partner on disciplinary actions and manage end-to-end offboarding processes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Payroll, People Operations, or HR Operations in multi-country environments
- ✓Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, labor laws, and statutory reporting
- ✓Demonstrated ability to reconcile payroll data, audit provider outputs, and resolve discrepancies
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- ✓Experience supporting employee queries through systems like Jira, Zendesk, Slack, or email
- ✓Ability to work with legal teams and PBPs on disciplinary actions and offboarding
- ✓Solid organizational skills to manage multiple countries, providers, and deadlines
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
