About the Role

Vestiaire Collective is seeking an HRBP Director to join their People team in Paris. This role involves leading HR strategy and organizational development on a global scale while partnering with commercial and marketing teams. The position reports to the Chief Strategy & People Officer and focuses on unlocking organizational potential.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage the HR team to deliver strategic HR support globally
→Act as HR business partner to Commercial and Marketing teams including executive stakeholders
→Oversee organizational development and global HR strategy and policies
→Build, improve, and deploy employee experience processes
→Drive change management to support implementation of new strategies and programs
→Partner with leadership to enhance team performance and achievement of objectives
→Drive fairness and performance through performance and compensation processes
→Coach and develop senior leaders on decision-making and team management

Requirements

✓8+ years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role
✓Proven track record of managing and developing HR teams
✓Strong business acumen with experience partnering with commercial and marketing functions
✓Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
✓Change management expertise in fast-paced environments
✓Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: compensation, performance management, employment law, and payroll
✓Direct, transparent communication style with ability to handle difficult conversations
✓Genuine enjoyment of developing people and helping them succeed
✓Full proficiency in English required; French is a bonus
